I can't enter my account. When I try to register, the system tells that this account already exists but I don't know my password.
Support:
The system has created you an account automatically after you' ve made the payment. But you probably did not activate the account and that's why you have not recieved the password. Please, write to our support team to support@enterclass.com — they will activate your account and help you to enter it.

Where do I find the videos?
Support:
First you have to log in by pushing the button Enter ("Войти"), then you push an icon with a person at the top right corner and there will be a tab called My courses "Мои курсы". Here you can watch all your lessons.

How do I turn on the English subtitles?
Support:
Click on the "cc" button in the buttom right corner of the video and choose the English version.
